I can't ping my vps from US,China,Japan.
And when I try to reboot it.It return me with this:
Reboot Request Error!
A process has already been requested for this virtual server. Please wait until this has completed before requesting another.

What happen to my vps?Down?Crash?

Hello,

Please provide following details to address your issue.

- Vps hostname
- Main ip
- control panel login details with url
- root / administrator password

Hello,

we need to reinstall the vps for resolved the issue. But Reinstalling the vps will delete all the current data on it and you will get a fresh new vps. So please backup all the data. After that give us a confirmation reply and we will proceed with the rebuild task.

Hey gay.
I can access to the vps and how can I backup it,
Although nothing need to be backuped.
Could you over come this kind of problem,OK?
This is the second time that I can access to my vps.
As for this,how can I believe your service?
